Hold on to your Banana Hammock, the Cheeky Monkey's PSI, because the Cheeky Monkey can not be ordered and is out of production, and your Hammock will be a very valuable item! Even with the Cheeky Monkey being a POTM, it's popularity was way down, so Ganz decided it was time to let it go.

I had a weird dream where I went to my local gift shop, and they had a Webkinz Orca, and it was huge! It was like three feet long! But then I woke up, and wondered why I keep having completely random dreams. Hope you enjoy these pics!

The Webkinz Pet of the Month has been confirmed by Ganz for December's Pet of the Month. Appropriate to the season, December's Pet of the Month will be the Webkinz Polar Bear, HM016 (large size only)!
Don't forget that the Webkinz Bull Frog (HM114) is this month's POTM, the Webkinz Pug (HM105) is the POTM for October, the Webkinz Hippo (HM009) is the POTM for November!

8/20/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- For those that weren't around this morning, Webkinz World was down for a couple of hours for maintenance. When it came back up, there didn't appear to be many changes, as the main "clubhouse blue screen issue" still remains. Upon closer inspection, though, we discovered the following.
While we usually wait for a legitimate adoption before posting images of the PSI, PSF and gift boxes for pets, Ganz programmers appear to have done the work for us with the most recent downtime early on Wednesday morning.
All of the September releases are now shown in Webkinz World, along with pictures of their PSIs and the names of their PSFs!

We've been hearing rumors all over the place about all of these pets, but haven't been able to confirm them with official images until now.
The rumored Emperor Dragon is still up in the air, and may be a November release, but here are the official, confirmed plush images of the Webkinz Clownfish, Webkinz Pink & White Dog, Webkinz Buffalo, Webkinz Porcupine, Lil' Kinz Hummingbird and Lil' Kinz Triggerfish!

8/15/08 Written by: VOLTRON as always. Would anyone else take the time to do these? Of course not -- We've gotten word that someone has completed the Trading Card Series 3 Puzzle. The Series 3 Trading Cards have a new feature that was not included in the previous two series. The backs of some of the cards have pieces of a puzzle on them. The size of the completed puzzle is 21 inches tall by 15 1/2 inches wide, or 36 cards.
All of the animals in the picture are identifiable as either Webkinz, or Webkinz World characters with one exception. The red bird in the top, right corner has not been seen in Webkinz World before. Many of our members believe that it is a Cardinal. Could this be an as yet unannounced Webkinz we will see in the future? Only time will tell.

8/13/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- That's right. We've discovered which pet will be the royal Pet of the Month, for November. November belongs to the Hippo, (large size only). This statement has been confirmed by Ganz. Ganz has even provided us with a little picture for more proof.

8/13/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- We have been getting scattered reports of more and more members being able to access the Clubhouse. Some are able to get into regular KinzChat, others are able to get into KinzChat PLUS, but most get stuck on a blank blue screen. Those who are able to get in are reporting widespread glitches and lag time. It appears the programmers at Ganz are still working on this feature to get it ready for the rest of Webkinz World.
Reports from inside the Clubhouse indicate that, at least on the surface, KinzChat PLUS appears very much like it did when it originally debuted last year. Members may type out messages using their keyboards, but only preapproved words are allowed. A "Report Button" can be used to notify Ganz of any inappropriate discussion. Some members have reported having statements from Ganz flash on the screen in response to discussion in the room. This seems to indicate Ganz employees are actively monitoring activity in KinzChat PLUS. This may be the reason why KinzChat PLUS is only available from 9:00am to 5:00pm KT.

The Magical Retriever special card (shown below) has odds of 1 in 360 packs, so if you pay $3 per pack of cards, this Retriever is technically worth $1,080!!
This is surely a rare adoption and we aren't sure how many we'll see, but the PSI [Sparkling Star Bed] (and even the PSF [Presto Pesto Pizza]) are likely to command extremely high trade values in our Gift Exchange! According to pandyma618, the Magical Retriever itself sparkles! Coooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool!

8/10/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- It should come as no surprise that the new Manatee and Goldfish have some restrictions on the clothing they can wear. Due to their anatomy, they are unable to wear shoes, pants, or belts. We've discovered that they also cannot wear the Solar Helmet from the Star Challenge. The Solar Helmet and the Knight's Helm (from the Webkinz eStore) are the only two items in Webkinz World that cover both the head and the glasses areas. Both animals can wear other types of hats.
While the Manatee and the Goldfish may not make good candidates for the Space Program, apparently they are very good at gardening. We've also discovered that the Collie Osililly Seeds can be planted in an Underwater Room. As of today, this is the only plant that is programmed to grow under water.

8/9/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- The excitement over the release of the Webkinz Trading Card Series 3 Codes has been dampened a bit by what appears to be a programming glitch. So far, only six different Trading Card prizes seem to have been activated in the system. One member who entered a full box of cards, 36 packs, received the following prizes:
13 Goldfish Posters
8 Flip Flops
5 Dr. Quack Beds
5 Ms. Birdy Tchotcke Shelves
3 Chef Gazpacho Place Mats
2 TC3 Condo Theme Beds
Other WI members are reporting similar results. It appears unlikely that there are only six intended prizes. Several of our members have placed calls to Ganz to find out what is going on. If you have already purchased Trading Card Series 3 Packs, you may want to hold off entering the codes until this has all been sorted out.
UPDATE (8/9/08 8:27am KT): It appears that this duplication issue is a problem with awarding rules for the feature codes. This is just the opposite of the Series 2 Trading Card awarding issues, where the rules were improperly set-up, the codes were awarding too many prizes, and had to be modified to reflect the intended odds.
As such, we want to warn all Webkinz fans against activating the Series 3 Trading Card codes until we have confirmation that the awarding rules have been properly applied!
8/9/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- Saturday is here and Charm Codes are once again available in the Webkinz eStore. As part of this "Surprise Saturday" sale, you can pick up codes for the Golden Retriever, Googles, Gorilla, and Hippo Charms. In addition to the charms, brand new Jelly Bean Plant Seeds are also for sale. However, the availability of the Jelly Bean Plant Seeds is uncertain because at the time of this posting, they were showing up as "Out of Stock".
UPDATE, Saturday Morning: The Jelly Bean Plant Seeds are now in stock and can be purchased.
The Jelly Bean Plant Seeds have also been listed with the regular "Online Exclusives" that are not part of the "Surprise Saturday" sale. We do not yet know if they will be listed in the eStore after Saturday, or when they might show up as "in stock". In addition to the Seeds, another new item has shown up with the "Online Exclusives". The Backwoods Tent Bed can be placed in a yard.
Some of the members of our forum have reported being able to get into the Clubhouse AND being able to get into the KinzChat PLUS section. It appears that this long-anticipated feature has been added to a limited number of accounts in order to give Ganz a chance to make sure everything is working properly.

We've just gotten word that someone has completed level 10 Agility (Track & Field) at the KinzVille Academy! As a reward for this accomplishment she received a Level 10 Agility "Pin" (or "Badge") on her Report Card and the Academy Track & Field Class Gift Box.
The Academy Gift Boxes are similar to Super Bed Boxes. When opened, you are able to select ONE item out of a list of Academy-themed prizes. The choices in the Track & Field Box are: the Hurdle Trampoline, the Finish Line Tape Room Divider, the Spring Shaded Lamp, the Silver Yoga Ball Chair, the Leaping Lizards Poster, and the Athletic Soaking Tub.
7/29/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- Wow, in the same day, two awesome new Webkinz set to be released in August have been adopted. Here's the Lil' Kinz Blue Jay with its PSI, the Blue Bird Bath, and its food is the Bright Blue Seed Drop Stew. Also, you see the Caramel Lion with its PSI, the Paws and Claws Armoire, which holds up to ten items. And its special food is Caramelized Eland Flan.
Seeing this makes me want that Blue Jay, so much more. I wish its PSI was a birds nest bed, that would be cool. I am not sure whether or not the Blue Jay flies, but I'll get the answer soon. There's a Sparrow coming out in a while, so I hope its PSI is the birds nest bed.

7/28/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- Some people reported that the Grey Wolf was available in the eStore. And some others reported that the Grey Wolf disappeared from the eStore, the next day. Well we now have the reason why it went away. The Grey Wolf is currently scheduled to be sold every "Webkinz Wednesday". Note, however, that the schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
So the grey wolf is the first Webkinz without a plushie. There has been speculation that the new Magical Retriever will be an eStore only, as well.
7/27/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- We've just entered into the Cooking Event, and we can bring you some pictures of the Webkinz Stadium's Cooking Competition. Just like in the Beauty Competition, your Webkinz are putting the skills they learn in the KinzVille Academy to the test. How far they have gotten in the Academy determines how they will score in the competition.
The animation for the cooking competition shows your Webkinz trying to make recipes such as Strawberry Cake and Cherry Wafer. As you can see from the pictures below, sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. It is important to note that you do not have any control over the actual cooking. The Webkinz do it all by themselves.

Here is a picture of "Meadow" standing next to the Deer's Special Item, the Great Outdoors Window. This animated window changes scenes showing sun, rain, day, night, and even a rainbow! The deer's special food is called Buck Potluck.
7/26/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- I am a happy Webkinz Citizen today. There hasn't been any action in the Webkinz Stadium, when it was said to have more and more events, until now. There is finally another Event, than just the boring old beauty pageant. There is cooking events now, so go sign up for one!
Remember, your pet's performance in the Webkinz Stadium is all based on it's KinzVille Academy Class success. I have had my bengal tiger, Gary, training for the new events, everyday, ever since May 16th. Gary is now at level 5 in weight lifting, level 5 in speed, and level 4 in track and field.
7/26/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- What we're hearing from retailers is that the Magical Retriever is an on-line only pet (no plushie) that will be available as some sort of prize from the Series Three Trading Cards. With the release of the Series Three Trading Cards just around the corner, hopefully we will be able to report on a new adoption soon.
We've made a little "My Page" discovery, and we can now bring you the very first in-game image of the Trading Card Series Three Special Pet, the Magical Retriever. It is one of the pre-programmed options in the "I Love" section on "My Page". There have been a lot of rumors flying around about the Magical Retriever over the past few days. We are pleased to be able to debut this very first confirmed image on our front page.

Yes, yes, that's right. The best Webkinz news ever! There was some speculation as to how the Fantail Goldfish was going to get around Webkinz World. Would it walk on it's tail? Would it swim in the air? Well, today, we have the answer for you.
The geniuses at Ganz have issued underwater rooms for the Goldfish, and the Manatee, and a Bottlenosed Dolphin that's coming soon. Don't worry, your land-Webkinz can still befriend these water-Webkinz, because the one's that need air will be supplied with 'Air Helmets', and vise-versa for the sea-creatures. This is really cool!
As you can see on the pictures above, the underwater room has the goldfish and the manatee happily swimming about, while the Toucan is also swimming, but with the special helmet. And that big underwater scenery is the Manatee's PSI, and the table with the golfish on it, belongs to the Goldfish.
Also, the PSF for the Goldfish is Daphnia Dafina and the PSF for the Webkinz Manatee is Mangrove Leaf Manicotti.

I believe that Ganz takes the worst selling Webkinz, and turns it into the Pet of the Month, so everyone has new incentive to buy one, to get one of the awesome POTM prizes. Thus turning the once worst selling Webkinz into a great purchase. And that is Voltron's View.

Along with the virtual images that we've confirmed, we've gotten our hands on confirmed images of all the new September Webkinz plushes and the plush image for the Cotton Candy Bunny!
We're happy that Ganz decided to dial it back a bit on the number of releases for September, compared to August, so all of us can catch up on our collections!
For Easter 2009, Ganz is releasing a new Webkinz, a Cotton Candy Bunny (HM174), and bringing back last year's seasonal release, the Duck (HM148 ).
It also appears that Ganz intends to add to the KinzStyle line.
I'm surely going to be looking to adopt a Dolphin and a Chipmunk.

7/16/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- A small number of Webkinz World accounts were treated to a preview of the new "My Page" feature today. A statement released by Ganz indicates that they are using this preview to make sure everything is ready before the programming is added to the rest of the accounts in Webkinz World. Check out the "Things To Do" menu on your account. If you have the "My Page" button, your account has been selected for the preview. If you don't have it yet, just be patient. Hopefully you will have access to it soon.
"My Page" is similar to the MySpace pages that teenagers might have. You can customice your page with information about your Webkinz family, your favorite things in Webkinz World, your Arcade scores and more. Just like with regular KinzChat, all of the options are preprogrammed, so there is no risk of any real-world personal information being exchanged.

This could take up to a number of days to complete". Could this finally be for the KinzChat plus to make a return to Webkinz World? Only time will tell. Let's keep our fingers crossed that it is.
7/11/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- A new "game" called Alyssa's Star Challenge has arrived in Webkinz World. You can access this game by selecting the "Charm Forest" option on the "Things to Do" menu. Unlike the Charm Forest, you do not have to purchase any special items in to play the game. It is available on all active Webkinz accounts.
The Star Challenge is very similar to both the Gem Hunt and the Charm Forest features. You are able to "play" the game once per day. Using the tip of your Star Catcher Net, you click on colored stars, or shooting stars, in the sky. Each star will reveal a constellation which will either be empty, contain a Star, or contain a special Prize. The obejctive is to collect all 21 Stars to win the Star Challenge Grand Prize

7/5/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- Wow! We have had one exciting week! Among all of the AWESOME fireworks booming outside, we've had some exciting news in Webkinz World.
A few new pets have been adopted in the first week of July. The Spotted Leopard, Crocodile, Toucan, and Rottweiler. Just check out all of these pictures above. We're sorry about the quality of the images, though.
Quite a while ago the gecko gave us hints at what the PSI for the Spotted Leopard, and it was true! The PSI for the new Spotted Leopard is the Spot 'N Dot TV! Also, some new exciting news... THE TOUCAN FLIES!!! It's so awesome! I'm assuming that this is how the Lil' Kinz BlueJay moves around also.
All of these new pets look really cool, and I'm puzzled at why Ganz had to retire the Toucan and Crocodile!!

The Prize Boxes are similar to Wardrobe and SuperBed boxes. Once you open the box, you get to choose one prize that is themed to match the class that you just completed.

7/1/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- To go along with the many retirements over the past month, Ganz has decided to retire the Webkinz German Shepherd (HM146)!
It can still be ordered by retailers at this point, so you should be able to pick them up in stores for some time, but once they are gone, that'll be it.
In addition, the Webkinz Toco Toucan, which was announced to be retired last week on the Webkinz Retailer site is now listed as "Sold Out" from Ganz. What this means is that many of your retailers will get an additional shipment of Toco Toucans in August if they decided to order extras, but there won't be any more after that!

6/29/08 -- All Webkinz Fans out of school for the summer rejoice as Ganz finally turns the Today's Activities into all day, everyday. Normally, all day activities were only on the weekends. It seems that Ganz finally realized that the majority of Webkinz Members were out of school, and playing on Webkinz.
Now, the Today's Activities start at 9:00 AM, and end at 11:00 PM, everyday! How great? I know!

6/26/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- We thought that it was really strange that the Black & White Cheeky Dog and Webkinz Rhino were retired a few weeks back. "Such new Webkinz, I'm surprised!" is what most of us thought or said.
Well, here's an even bigger surprise.... Ganz has retired 5 more Webkinz this month, all are new Webkinz and two haven't even been released yet! Yep, you read that right, two unreleased Webkinz are already on Ganz's retired list sent to retailers!
The retirements are the Webkinz Striped Snake, Webkinz American Cocker Spaniel, Webkinz Toco Toucan, Webkinz Crocodile, and the Webkinz Leopard Lizard.
This information has been confirmed and, while it will likely not be reflected in Webkinz World now (especially with the unreleased pets), we assure you that it will be!
6/26/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- Persephone has just gotten a shipment of some new clothing at the KinzStyle shop. The one that I am most excited about is the Baseball Uniform, being a baseball fan. My friend and I played this 'Virtual Pet Olympics' in the Winter, with baseball, and we had wanted to get some baseball items for our pets. But, no such luck. Now we would have our pets decked out in Baseball stuff, but Ganz had to rip us off with our KinzStyle bags.
What do I mean by that? I mean, both of us had our KinzStyle bags, the only way to get into the KinzStyle shop, disappear. Nobody on the face of the earth knows our passwords, and we don't even know each others, so that theory is out the window. I have complained to Ganz about it, but they just think someone stole it from us, which obviously did not happen. I would call Ganz, but you have to be 18 or older, and I am not old enough. But I think I'm going to do it anyway, and demand that I speak to someone about it. We had our bags for about three days, then 'POOF', they were gone. I'll keep you informed about this topic.
6/24/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- Wow, August is going to be a VERY busy month in Webkinz World! Ganz seems to have turned production into overdrive!
Along with the 11 new Webkinz and Lil' Kinz that are due to be introduced in August, new Kinz Style items, new figurines and the Series 3 Trading Cards will be added to the Webkinz line, as well!
We don't have any details on what the Series 3 Trading Cards will be like just yet, but we have confirmation that they can be ordered by retailers and are due to be shipped to retailers in August!
The Series 2 Webkinz Figurine set is also due to hit shelves in August, with a new set of 24 Figurines for all of us to collect. As with the Series 3 Trading Cards, we don't have any details or pictures of the virtual items just yet.
6/22/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- For over a week now, there have been rumors of the new Webkinz coming for the month of August. We've heard about a Lamb, a Llama, an American Albino, a Dinosaur, a Lil' Kinz Bluejay, a Skunk, and many more. I'm happy to report that some of these are true!
At this point, we don't have any details on the date of release of these Webkinz. I'm assuming that since there are 11 of these Webkinz and Lil' Kinz, is that they are for August and September because Ganz has never released this many Webkinz in one month! We'll have to wait for more details on the release dates, as we are unable to confirm the dates at this point. We also do not have any virtual images at this time.
We can confirm, though, that these are official pictures and that these are confirmed Webkinz and Lil' Kinz!!
They are the Webkinz American Albino, Webkinz Caramel Lion, Webkinz Cocoa Dinosaur, Webkinz Deer, Webkinz Fantail Goldfish, Webkinz Manatee, Webkinz Silverback Gorilla, Webkinz Skunk, Lil' Kinz Blue Jay, Lil' Kinz Gecko, and the Lil' Kinz Lioness!
We're not sure how the Fantail Goldfish will be implemented, but it has gotta be in water... Right?? I wish it came with a helmet full of water, kinda like Sandy Cheeks' from Spongebob, but the opposite.

She completed Level 5 of the Grooming Class at the KinzVille Academy today and this prize appeared in her dock. Here is a picture of her Hippo, Periwinkle posing with her new prize.
6/16/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- Tanker just completed Level Ten of the Speed Training course at the Kinzville Academy. Tanker is the first Webkinz we know of to have accomplished this. According to the report card, Tanker should have recieved a "special surprise", but Tanker's owner indicates that no prize has yet been awarded.
UPDATE: Tanker's owner has been speaking with a Customer Service Rep at Ganz regarding this issue. We expect to have more information on the status of the "special surprise" on Monday.
6/11/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- Some, but not all, of our members have reported being able to get the Webkinz Clubhouse feature to work on their accounts. Those who have been able to get in have noticed that construction on the new tree has progressed and now a framework, resembling that of the original Clubhouse, can be seen. Is this the return of KinzChat Plus? We don't yet know, but it is certainly worth keeping an eye on.
6/14/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- A quick downtime around Midnight last night gave us some good news and bad when the system came back up. The Cat Theme is now gone from the Wshop. You may remember that we had some warning about this earlier last week, but we didn't know what day it would happen.
Also, it is now officially time to say goodbye to some new and old friends: It is the retirement of the Samoyed, Tiger Snake, Leopard Lizard, Black and White Cheeky Dog, the Rhino, and the Webkinz Elephant (June Pet of the Month). That makes this month all the more special for those adoptions. Honestly, I have no idea why they would retire these pets so early. Keep your eyes peeled for these guys at your local gift shop. Once they run out they're gone.
Now, onto the good news, we now have 2 new Superbed options: the Apple Pie and the Artist's Pallet.
We also have a new game called Get Eleven Solitaire.

Based on the survey conducted in Webkinz World, members decided that they'd rather keep the Dog Theme and have the Cat Theme retire. We don't yet know if the Cat Theme will move to the Curio Shop, like the Hockey and Country Themes did, or if it will really be gone forever. Either way, if you have plans to do any cat decorating in your house, you'd better hurry while the items are still available.

We've gotten a hold of some pictures of the new Striped Snake, named Silly Snake, along with its PSF, PSI, box, and a picture of it in its house. The owner of Silly Snake did tell us that there was a hiccup with the adoption and that she didn't receive any of the adoption gifts, so for those of you with Striped Snakes over the next few days, you may want to wait until the next update to Webkinz World before activating the Striped Snake. Keeping with their tradition of always keeping us guessing, Ganz unexpectedly retired the Webkinz Rhino and the Webkinz Black & White Cheeky Dog today! Both of these Webkinz have only been out for a few months, so it is quite a surprise to see these relatively new Webkinz retiring already!
We know that it is hard to believe, we had trouble believing it ourselves, but we have confirmed the information with Ganz!
6/1/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- We've gotten ahold of some pictures of the brand new Lemon Lime Gecko. From what you can see in the pictures, the Lemon-Lime Gecko was exactly what I predicted, to look a lot like the Tree Frog. Same color skin, same yellow color, same red lips. The L-L Gecko's PSI is a "Lemon-Lime Time Clock", and it's food is "Locust Leckerli". Now the only unadopted June Webkinz is the Striped Snake!

You may remember our report a couple of weeks ago about the strange red tags some of our members were finding on Lil Kinz at Walgreens. We have learned $1.00 from each sale of these special Lil Kinz goes to support the Webkinz Foundation, an organization created by Ganz which "is dedicated to improving the welfare, development, health, and safety of children."
These special red tags contain a code that can be used in the Code Shop. Activating a code will win you a Secret Recipe, some KinzCash, and one, two, or more of the new W-Cares Prizes. It will also unlock a W-Cares Game that you can play once a day for five days. The game gives you more chances at winning some of the W-Cares Prizes and some other Webkinz World items.

It looks like the programming for the Pink Googles hasn't been fully updated, so "Blush" is invisible right now, but we are able to show you "Queenie" posting next to the Siamese Cat's Pet Specific Item, the Stylish Siamese Settee and next to the Pink Googles' Pet Specific Item, the Googles Gem Zen Garden. Also, the special foods for the Siamese Cat and the Pink Googles are Succulent Tureen Of Sardine and Jumbled Googles Caboodles. Sorry for most of the photos being small and very low resolution.

They added a new tab to the 'My Pets', which is 'My Options'. So far, 'My Options' only has turning on and off advertisements by other companies than Ganz. We'll most likely see more and more features in the my options category pretty soon.

We've confirmed the other 4 Webkinz that are to be introduced into Webkinz World in the month of July. There are 3 other Webkinz and 1 Lil' Kinz. These are all confirmed by Ganz and are official images from Ganz. They are the Webkinz Toco Toucan, the Webkinz Crocodile, the Webkinz Rottweiler and the Lil Kinz Black and White Cheeky Dog!
We've also been able to confirm an official Ganz image of the virtual rendition of the July Webkinz. Again, these are the Webkinz Toco Toucan, the Webkinz Spotted Leopard, the Webkinz Crocodile, the Webkinz Rottweiler and the Lil' Kinz Black & White Cheeky Dog!

It's pretty cool, but it would be so much better if they still had the KinzChat Plus. We have the green lava lamp, the outhouse, the Zangoz painting, the spacefighter (we'll have more on that, because my story on it is crazy!!), and finally the tractor. I like the lava lamp. I don't really like the outhouse. I really don't like the zangoz painting. I had a dream, that me and my friend beasted some other people in basketball, and they were like dudes at Ganz that make stuff for Webkinz, and because we beat him I got something like the spacefighter you see in the picture, but silver, with the radar thing on the nose of it. Also, you could fit two webkinz in it. Note that this is one of my whacked out dreams, and not actual life. And my friend, Moofy, got a helicopter. It was funny because when I told Moofy about the dream I had, I couldn't quite explain what I won, so I drew it. And if you ask Moofy it looks TONS like the real deal up above!!! Well, back to the exclusives, last is the Tractor. I love it because I have tons of crops that I sell at the W-Shop for personal profit. I feed a few to my Webkinz, because they love it, but mostly I sell them. If I get the tractor I'm so putting it in my farm and making my webkinz ride in it to farm the crops! 5/17/08 Written by: VOLTRON -- WAIT! Before you read this, read it out loud with the Australian accent that the Geico Gecko has... It's way funnier! Okay, we got news that there was an error on the Gecko's Webkinz catalog entry. The Gecko's Pet Specific Item is noted as the Loungin' Lizard Chair, which is consistent with the item received at adoption. However, the photo in the catalog today showed a Spotted Television as shown below. Could it possibly be the Spotted Leopard's upcoming PSI? Only time will tell!
According to the Webkinz Guide's chapter on the Webkinz Stadium, we should be expecting some new competitions to arrive in Webkinz World. In addition to the Beauty contest that has already been in the Stadium, it appears that there are going to be five other events: cooking, inventing, running races, high jumps, and swim meets.
We don't yet know when these new competitions are expected to debut in Webkinz World. If you wish to have your Webkinz compete, start catching up in your Kinzville Academy classes now. Remember, it's the skills your Webkinz learns in the Academy that affects how they will perform in the Competition. Good luck everyone!

Ganz has sent us a couple of images, showing us the "trading room" that is to come to the Clubhouse, along with an "inside preview" of what a trade looks like on a "trading table".
With images like this, and Ganz's promotion by sending us the images, we think that the trading area might be just around the corner!!
This will be a new Webkinz coming to Webkinz World, though we don't know when, nor do we have any virtual pictures. We can also tell you with 100% certainty that this will be the "Webkinz Spotted Leopard". Enjoy the image, ladies and dudes!
As reported previously, the Webkinz Bat is Ganz's new Webkinz for Halloween 2008! This is the first confirmed flying Webkinz to enter Webkinz World and has us all very excited. There has always been rumors of a Webkinz Monarch Butterfly, but the Webkinz Bat is the first flying Webkinz that we can confirm!
In addition to the Webkinz Bat, the Black Cat will be making a come back in 2008 and a Kinzstyle Pumpkin Costume and Witch Costume will be added to the line as well!
Personally, I don't know if I am going to get the Bat or the Cat. That rhymed... unintentional. I definetly am not going to get the costumes, either. Halloween brings back baaaaaaaaaad memories.
Some related news to our Halloween 2008 story is Ganz's announcement of their Holiday 2008 Webkinz and accessories. As previously reported, the 2008 Holiday Webkinz is to be the Webkinz Snowman! The Webkinz Reindeer will be re-introduced this holiday season, as well.
Also being offered this Holiday season is a KinzStyle Elf Suit and Santa Suit and a Webkinz Holiday purse!
Finally, one of the biggest surprises that we found was that Ganz is planning to offer Christmas ornaments, which are likely to be a new series of the Webkinz figurines that we've already seen. There are to be 24 ornaments to complete the set!
My Opinion: The snowman looks extremely similar to the duck, but I think I'm going to get it. I wonder what its food and PSI is. Definetly naming it Frosty. I think that will be the most common name for Snowmen. I probably won't get any of the clothes, although they do look enticing. I'm going to get at least one of the ornaments. Great idea, Ganz!
As the final follow-up to our "Holiday Webkinz announcements", we have confirmed Ganz's offerings for Valentine's Day 2009. The Webkinz Love Frog will make its return in 2009, along with the Webkinz Love Monkey, as previously reported. In addition to these two Webkinz, a KinzStyle heart shirt will be added to the line.
My Opinion: I'm gonna pass on all three of these items. I just don't like the Love series. A little too fruity for me, if you know what I mean. And on the shirt, I think Ganz could've done better with a Cupid Costume, or something more related to V-Day.
Last night, I got a text message from one of our employees saying that someone had adopted and activated the Whimsy Dragon, Samoyed Dog, and the Gecko. I just had to get some pictures for all of you... so here they are. The Whimsy Dragon is shown with the Treasure Throne, the Samoyed Dog with the Frozen Backyard Pond, and the Gecko with the Loungin' Lizard Chair. Above all of the pets is their PSF (Pet's Special Food). The Whimsy Dragon's food is the Flickering Flame Fajitas. The Samoyed's PSF is the Chewy Chapon Con Carne, and the Gecko's PSF is the Sticky Spider Cider. Enjoy.

Top left shelf is the Lemon-Lime Gecko. It looks extremely similar to the Tree Frog.
Middle left is the Lil' Kinz Clydesdale.
Bottom left corner is the Pink Googles, as featured in Go-Go Googles.
Top right shelf is the Siamese Cat. Very similar to the Himalayan Cat, but with a buzz-cut, as I'd like to think.

I was playing around with my room, when suddenly I noticed that you could click on your doors and move them. I moved my door, and Webkinz World logged me out, so for now it is glitchy. I'm pretty sure that the ability to move and possibly remove doors from your room is a functionality that will soon be added to Webkinz World. This is great news for those who are really into room decorating in Webkinz World.

Webkinz World's top celebrity, Plumpy needs your help. Use your skills to help Plumpy acheive the hairstyle of her dreams. What will make Plumpy happy today? Will it be Curls, or straight hair? Will it be blue hair, or yellow or orange? The only way to find out is to head back to school.
Trying this game out today, it seemed pretty easy. In the first level, you have to obtain a score of 10 or higher and it is based on how closely you make Plumpy's hair style to the picture and how much time you do it in. They give you a good bit of time to get Plumpy ready. You can also refer back to the picture of Plumpy's new style up to 5 times during your alloted time period. Hint - they only give you the items that you will need.
I noticed last night that the clubhouse entry menu has changed. You can now ask the servers to search for a "busy" or "quiet" room for you, along with just typing in a room number to enter.
